Financial Policy

Payment in full by cash, check, or credit card is required at all visits.  We will gladly file your dental insurance for you and payment will come directly to you.

Payment Options:

1. Payment at time of service with a courtesy saving of 5% for treatment over $1000. Cash or check only.
2. Payment by appointment.
3. Outside financing through your bank or Dental Fee Plan.
